This shot was taken in San Luis Obispo, California. Dunes have inspired humans for ages, whether it’s true art, film, or books, the expansive sand mounds that go on for miles and miles are unapologetically artistic. I love shooting in this location. My friend stood next to this perfect shadow of the dune while I flew my drone above, looking for the right composition.
